  Liz was absolutely wonderful! My iPhone SE was fading fast. She was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my questions! I am happy with my new iPhone 16e. I would recommend this Verizon store A+ and Liz an A+.

  Liz, the store manager, was absolutely delightful and amazing. Made my experience pleasant and easy. Helped me out tremendously and even set me up with extra perks that I didn’t know I had as a Verizon customer. Would recommend her anytime and any day. Denitza

  I visited the Victra Verizon store on E9th street in Oakland. The service was amazing!!! I worked with Daniel (mostly), Liz, Leslie, and Juan. They are a fabulous team. I needed to get a new Verizon account, new phone number since I’m moving out of state, and pay an old bill. Through multiple phone calls, texts, and teamwork, I have a new phone service and a bundle. I’m so excited about this. They are unbelievably patient and are such an amazing team!!! I will return to them when I come back to CA.
