The store felt understaffed, and even though there weren’t many customers, the wait dragged on much longer than expected. When I finally got help, the staff seemed rushed and not very interested in answering questions clearly. What frustrated me most was how confusing the whole process felt simple things like plan details or upgrade options weren’t explained well, and I left feeling more unsure than when I walked in. I hope this location improves, but based on my visit, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a lot of time and patience.

I opened a business account at this Victra-operated Verizon store in Fruitvale Station Plaza (Oakland, CA), and the entire experience has been an absolute disaster. They completely botched my account setup, put me on the wrong plan, and created a mess that I’m still wasting time trying to fix. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff have been dodging accountability from the start. It’s nothing but excuses, finger-pointing, and attitude — everything except actually correcting the problem they created. The lack of professionalism and ownership here is unbelievable. For a business account that affects my operations and costs me time and money, this level of negligence is unacceptable. If you need anything more complex than buying a charger, avoid this location at all costs. They will mishandle your account, waste your time, and then behave as if the inconvenience is your fault. This store is a headache you don’t need. Save yourself the trouble — I’ll also be following up with an official complaint.
