Make sure if you’re looking to buy or upgrade your camera ask for Mark. You must believe a guy who walks the floor with his own camera during his shift at work. This show me he love cameras. I must say BestBuy has the right guy who has an extensive amount of knowledge when it comes to all the cameras in BestBuy.

The gentleman, Matteo, is a top tier employee. Greeted me with a smile, was well informed on the store, could answer my questions, gave good advice, and overall, just had a great vibe. Best Buy is lucky to have him.

This location lied to me about repairs needed on my kids gaming desktop and they repeatedly tried to sell me a new computer. They had me come in to try and upsell me, claiming there was different information they needed. After I found out that they lied to me (i took it to a local repair place- they claimed it needed a new power supply, mother board and cpu/it only needed a power supply). I tried to get my membership back. It has taken 14 days of calling, texting and trying to get a manger on the phone. That resulted in a $24 refund. I am currently trying to get the other $150. Best Buy is the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and by directly from the companies, do not go through them. EVER.

After customer service looked into my claim, they refused to refund the rest of my membership because the Geek Squad looked at my computer and told me I needed to replace items that were not broken. Since they "diagnosed" it fraudulently, they are entitled to my money. I am not the first person this has happened to. Do a search of Best Buy and Best Buy Emeryville and you will see that this type of behavior has happened to many people. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY EVER. And, they will absolutely take advantage of you if you are senior.

So, I brought my PC in for repair and I was told I needed a new motherboard. They told me it would be one price over the phone and then it was almost double that when I went to actually pick it up. Also, they didn't tell me there would be an "installation fee". Once the manager got involved, the original price was honored but just be aware that they're kinda scammy here. Definitely not going to be my first choice in the future
