I told him it was my business phone and how important it was that we retrieved the information and get me set up with a new phone as soon as possible especially since it's warranty for the first 30 days and I had bought the protection plan on top of that. But he informed me there was nothing he could do, and there was no manager and that's just the way it goes. So I was instructed by an outside party to go to the Russell Cellular store on Clovis ave. and they took good care of me and made everything happen and I walked out with a brand new phone that day and all my contacts. Thank you Russell Cellular on Clovis ave!
