Kyle and Chase helped me with my problem phone that cracked and they spent many hrs working on it and saved all my stuff to my new phone. The best thing is, i didnt drive to fresno or madera to get a good deal with verizon. The store is always clean, one is always greeted upon arrival, plenty of people to help, plenty of parking, and knowledgeable friendly staff.
