    In October I put an internet box on my Verizon phone account. Two months later in December I received a bill for $1,200.00 for internet service. I immediatly went to the Verizon store in Oakdale on East F Street where I bought the internet box. They informed me that the Verizon system had put the box on the incorrect plan and that was why my bill was so High. I was supposed to be on an unlimited data plan. For the next two hours they proceeded to try to get a hold of the people in charge to dispute the charges. They could not get anyone on the phone to dipute the charges and approve a credit to the account. So they told me to come back the next day to try again. The next day after 3 hours of back and forth on the phone I was finally told that a credit for the $1,200.00 was approved and would be on my account when my bill cylce closed on Jan 28th. Two days before January 28th Verizon shut my phones off for failure to pay past due which was the $1,200.00 dollars. I had to make a promise to pay to get my phones turned back on. Of course they charged me disconnect fee and a reconnect fee. Since I wasnt getting anywhere at the store in Oakdale I went to a Corporate Verizon store. After spending 5 hours their being on the phone on a 3-way call with Verizon customer service and Verizon financial I was told nothing can be done on the phone I need to go back to the store where I bought the internet box. So here I am again going back the Verizon store in Oakdale on East F street. This time it only took an hour and they told me nothing could get resolved yet but they would put a promise to pay on the account for the 20th of Feb. Apparently this is so I can keep going in the store so they can call the persons in charge and hopefully get it resolved. At this point I am not hopefull for a resolution. I can't believe that this has gone on for 4 months. I am a business customer for Verizon with 9 phone lines and accessories. I have been with Verizon for over 6 years and havent had any issues so I thought this would be taken care of in a timely manner. I was wrong.

    Marisol Thomas and Cullen Burris were exceptional. They were professional, patient, and very understanding while helping me return a device that did not meet my quality standards for service. They made the process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and handled everything efficiently. While the home internet service itself was not up to par, they ensured I was able to keep my old plan and receive a full refund for everything else. Truly great customer service from both of them.

    Tisha and Cullen provided excellent customer service in the face of an extremely complex and problematic transition from AT&T to Verizon. It took a while to get everything figured out however both demonstrated a strong sense of duty to their customer and brand.
