    The staff here were very helpful. The individual that assisted us was very good at his job. He was both knowledgeable and personable, balancing both to deliver great service and yet pressure free shopping. He knew exactly what we were looking for and discussed in detail the attributes of each option

    Worst experience ever. We went for some mobile accessories which has life time warranty, first of all they didn’t find out the receipt in their system and when I showed our email from Best Buy they laughed at us. They said your phone years old we don’t carry this thing anymore but whenever I bought they said it’s a life time exchange program. Adrian and the customer service team were very rude. They laughed at us like we never bought anything from them. We never gonna come back. Worst Worst worst

    Frustrating experience – they don’t honor their own price match policy. ​I visited this location on May 2nd to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Watch Classic 8. I showed the staff the identical product on Samsung’s official website for $545.99. Despite the product numbers matching perfectly, the experience was a series of excuses. ​The Runaround: First, staff tried to claim the product numbers didn't match (they did). ​Failed Policy: Instead of honoring the "Price Match + 10% of the difference" policy, they tried to "negotiate" a partial discount. ​Misleading Titles: I dealt with Adrian Fernando, who was introduced to me as the Manager, though his business card actually identifies him as a Team Lead. ​I expect a major retailer to stand by their published guarantees without making the customer jump through hoops. If you're looking for a hassle-free price match, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. This team needs serious retraining on their own store policies

    I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy Canada. First, the delivery itself was a hassle. My order was delayed, and I ended up having to go to the Purolator sort facility twice just to track it down and pick it up myself. That alone was frustrating and inconvenient. Unfortunately, things got worse after I received the TV. The unit I purchased was a Geek Squad certified open-box item, which is supposed to be in excellent condition. However, the screen has visible white spots/stains that cannot be cleaned off and are clearly noticeable even from several feet away when the TV is off. This indicates surface damage, not normal wear and tear. When I reached out to customer service, the only resolution offered was a small 10% discount, which does not reflect the nature of the issue. This is not a minor cosmetic flaw, it’s permanent panel damage on a premium OLED TV. I was expecting either a proper partial refund that matches the defect, or a replacement unit in comparable condition. Between the delivery issues, the defective product, and the lack of a reasonable resolution, this has been a very frustrating experience. For a Geek Squad certified unit, I expected much better quality control and customer support. Overall, I’m disappointed with how this situation was handled and would be hesitant to purchase open-box items from Best Buy again.
