- SSshafiqur Rahman Sweet5 days ago1.0Very bad experience, sells persons are not friendly not even the customer services on phone, purchased a phone from them which was they told me that was mistakenly opened box by their seller, and device was intact , and luckily i told seller to insert my sim and start device and i found out that device charge was 0” percentage, that mean device was used before.. they hide this important information and returned that ph and they said that it will be removed my carrier account but on the next day it was not and i called best buy to get update customer services was rude and reluctant and the way he treats me seems like entirely its my duty to solve this thing with carrier.. but i am totally disappointed with their services. I will definitely not go to this store anymore and also i will tell my community to avoid that particular store at least.
- HEhoden ELMISep 30, 20261.0Worst experience ever. How am i being charged for a membership i didn't sign up for. And then i am being asked to pay $200+ if i want to cancel it. SCAM
- MMMaj MouSep 23, 20261.0Worst experience ever. Waiting for my TV for 3 weeks now, I can't get reimbursed and they can't help me.
- GPGurjashan PandherSep 18, 20265.0De’Andre was super helpful and provided great service. Highly recommend him!
- WUWilliam UptonSep 7, 20265.0Adrian (?) served as the mobile desk team lead and proved highly supportive and understanding when I arrived for an emergency phone replacement for my child. We could not locate a suitable upgrade plan, so he guided me toward an affordable, quality device. This marked my second encounter with him; he performed well both times and ensured I felt confident about the purchase. He was also demonstrating good leadership. His interaction with his employee was thoughtful and deliberate, assisting that person in serving a customer while supporting me felt natural. Good work! Strong leaders build strong businesses. Thank you again.
