  Store seems to be well stocked but quite disorganized. Went to this location for a repair and the process was confusing and frustrating from start to finish. Had to make multiple visits even after scheduling an appointment. I would not recommend anyone to drive any amount of distance for a repair without ensuring that it can be started that day.

  Tried calling store yesterday as I was hoping to get my battery replaced in my phone. You cannot call the store directly, you get an automated service and no matter what you say or choose your call gets routed to a call center. I made an appointment, but when I asked how long it takes, the rep said I would have to check with the store. When I asked if she knew if they even had batteries in stock she said she didn’t know. I got her to contact the store for me, but the store wouldn’t even give the rep any information on whether they had the battery, if they could replace the battery during my appointment or how long it would take. Sure enough, today I drove for an hour to make my appointment and was told they were full up for repairs today. My only options were to wait 3 hours to see if any of the repair techs would be willing to do it after hours, or make another appointment and hope they could do it at that time. I have never dealt with a customer service system like this that was so incredibly anti-customer. This experience is seriously making me question whether I even want to stay with Apple products at all. Complete waste of time and gas.

  I wanted to share my experience with the Apple Vision Pro, not only because of the product itself, but because of the incredible experience we had during the demonstration. What truly made this visit special was Ini. She gave us the time and space to fully experience something completely new, with remarkable patience and professionalism. My father is 81 years old and not very familiar with technology. Even simple actions like clicking, scrolling, pinching, or zooming can be challenging. Despite that, Ini guided him through the entire experience with such patience and encouragement. There were moments when I thought certain parts might be too difficult for him, but she never gave up, and thanks to her, my dad was able to complete the full experience. She turned what could have been overwhelming into something truly memorable. By the end, my father said he had never experienced anything like it before. He was genuinely impressed, not just by the product, but by the way it was presented. I believe Ini is an outstanding representative, and Apple Store Halifax should be proud to have someone like her on their team. This was more than just a product demo. It was a meaningful and unforgettable experience for both of us.
