  Bare minimum effort for in store customer service: Lots of employees standing around talking amongst themselves, watching me wander the aisles looking for adapter cables. After a lap around the store, one employee asked if I needed help and could only point me to the other end of the store. He couldn't be bothered to escort or help further. I couldn't locate the item I needed so I didn't buy it. I was there to pickup a large mini fridge. The pickup counter employee wheeled it out on a cart and just left it with me. No assistance offered to load it into my vehicle.
