    What is the point of having mice out on display to try if you put these big plastic pieces under each one making its resting height different than the one you would actually use. This also stops you from sliding the mouse on its skates and the surface its displayed on is bumpy and on an incline. The cord is also super short so you get no range of motion when trying the mouse. Dont go here expecting to try and test their mice before you buy. The stock is also really bad, like half the mice they have on display arent even available for purchase. Make the cords longer, remove the giant piece of plastic under each mouse so they slide on their skates and feel as tall as they actually are, make the display surface flat and smooth.

    You can walk in this place with thousands of dollars to spend and nobody wants to talk to ya. Sad! Why is bestbuy letting money walk out the door because their employees are too scared to talk to people?

    Yash and Ajit exchanged my defective TCL TV after purchasing it here 50 days ago. This was extremely nice of them. I did not have an extended warranty. TCL customer service would only offer a rebuilt TV to replace my 55QM5K with issues (Black/grey blobs on display). I went with an LG with the exchange! Much higher build quality in my experience. Thank you Yash and Ajit!

    Tried to order off Best Buy’s website . Order came up error . Went to there retail store and the salesman claimed I had to order that of an independent website . The special was not theirs . He claimed they were like Amazon and anybody can put specials on the website . Shady . I tried to go to the website Terra feed me . That site doesn’t ship to independent consumers .Shady . I then tried to use AI to find the special anywhere . No luck . Best Buy Consumers aren’t all stupid . Will never look at your website or enter your store again . You wasted my time . Costco for the win . And I hate buying American . But at least they are reputable . SHADDDDY !!!

    Had an extremely disappointing experience at this location today. I picked up one of the product cards from the shelf for a hard drive, assuming the item was available. If the product is out of stock, the card should be removed or clearly marked unavailable. Instead, I waited for assistance, was redirected to the front of the store, then stood at customer service while multiple staff members talked among themselves without acknowledging me. At one point, one employee made eye contact with another employee and simply pointed at me as if to say “you deal with her,” without speaking to me directly at all. Eventually I was led over to the checkout area and the employee took the product card. She then began digging through the storage cabinet of hard drives extremely carelessly, knocking multiple drives over, some even falling onto the floor while she was searching for the item. These are delicate products and some of them have moving components and should not be handled this way. After all of that, I was told the item wasn't even in stock. The entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Between the inaccurate inventory display, lack of communication from staff, and careless handling of fragile electronics, it seriously lowered my confidence in how both customers and products are treated at this location.
