- SSSandra SpencerSep 26, 20261.0This review is not for this specific store but I could not any other way to leave a review for online shopping. I tried to order a laptop twice. Both times the order was cancelled at shipping because of a verification issue with the credit card. I have had no issues with any other online orders from other stores. Also, I would expect a phone call to let me know there was an issue and get the verification issues. Instead I received a generic email stating that the order was cancelled with no other options. I will never order from Best Buy again. Obviously they pay no attention to customer service anymore.

The Source would have no problem helping the customer out this 1 employee is just there for a paycheck . Thanks pretty shitty service
