  I've contacted customer support multiple times to fix an issue and all I get is excuses. An absolute embarrassment of a company. What A JOKE! Take responsibility for YOUR MISTAKES

  Jake was amazing. Showed up 30 minutes before close and he got me a new phone, new plan, and detailed instructions on tracking my numbers transition from Xfinity to Verizon. Really impressed. Also, I don’t recommend you show up 30 minutes before they close - I was just desperate!

  I switched from Xfinity to Verizon expecting better customer service. I went into this location to pick up my phone and activate my account. The greeting was unfriendly, which I could have overlooked, but it got worse from there. Jake handed me my new phone and told me to take it home and activate it myself. That turned out to be terrible advice, because when I did exactly what he said, my phone number was not activated. I had to go back to work, so I called the store at 6:30 and asked if I could come in so they could fix it. They told me no, showed no empathy, and offered no helpful guidance. Just that I would have to come back tomorrow. They gave me bad information and did nothing to resolve the problem they created. I’ll be escalating this to corporate, but I wanted to post this to say: if you’re thinking of switching because you expect better customer service, don’t.

  goes to automated customer service rather than picking up the phone. massive global outage and they didn't even report it in novato even though it affected everyone. horrible horrible horrible customer service. i hated ATT but this is far worse

  Well not sure what to say went to the local office in san rafael and was less then moved by the service so I left and drove to novato help was soooo much better .....but its still so confusing I upgraded my phone added my partner to our account and got her a new phone as well ....but is it just me .....why do I always feel like it's a shell game you get a free phone but you pay something bill goes way up and it's always more then you expect Verizon has amazing coverage but is so so so much more .....not sure how much longer I can take it .....hoping one day they make things clear and the get more price competitive .....
