- MFMatthew ForsythOct 17, 20255.0Well not sure what to say went to the local office in san rafael and was less then moved by the service so I left and drove to novato help was soooo much better .....but its still so confusing I upgraded my phone added my partner to our account and got her a new phone as well ....but is it just me .....why do I always feel like it's a shell game you get a free phone but you pay something bill goes way up and it's always more then you expect Verizon has amazing coverage but is so so so much more .....not sure how much longer I can take it .....hoping one day they make things clear and the get more price competitive .....
