I don't know if it is because I am not of Latin descent but, it was absolutely INFURIATING to walk in, and not even be acknowledged, or welcomed in, or told, please, give us a moment, we are finishing up with another customer. I have been standing here, silently waiting for about..... 12 minutes now and STILL haven't even been acknowledged!!!!!! FINALLY acknowledged, and the guy is only speaking to me in Spanish....... (And no, I am not being biased or unreasonable, Hispanic guy walked in, INSTANTLY got greeted... Wow!!!) All I am trying to do is pay my husband's phone bill!!!! I am not sure who the current owner is but, you REALLY need to train your employees and hire ENGLISH speaking workers, as it is NOT only Spanish speaking customers that use Cricket Wireless!!!!!! Not only that but, you need to teach them to treat customers not of Latin descent with the SAME respect you show those customers!!!! Horrible, horrible.... I can't even fathom how this is acceptable behavior!! Never, ever, ever coming back to this location!!!!!!!!!!

Then I met Christina the bilingual very knowledgable saleswoman who single handedly changed my mind because she was so professional very knowledgable with her product information and she didn't pressure me at all to switch and her service and willingness to help me get the best value and best coverage is why she earned my business . If I met the other salesgirl there no way would I of switched and because of Christina and her winning smile and consultative sales approach has me very happy I seitched CRICKET MANAGEMENT are you listening? Having a big lingual skilled saleswoman 3exactly like you have with your stellar employer in Christina should have you give her a big fat pay raise because you want to keep a person this good so pay her well so she sticks around for the long term.. She's worth your investment
