- LJLady JayMar 27, 20262.0They are not that great. They weren't able to repair my laptop, they just erased everything, told me that was the only solution. So I received a factory reset but an older version of what I brought in. Then, because I had become a member, I brought a different laptop in. They held it for 5 days and then told me that I had to call the manufacturer, they couldn't fix it. Overall, a waste of time. Two stars instead of one because at least the workers were pleasant, although unhelpful.

He went through everything step by step with me, was patient, thorough and honestly provided wonderful service . I’ve never used geek squad before but I was extremely pleased with this experience and will only be calling in Branden for fixes from now on. Thank you Branden!
