I was quoted multiple prices before finally being told my bill would be $111 per month for my phone and iPad. I was also told the first month might be slightly higher until my trade-in credit applied — but six months later, they still haven’t processed my trade-in. After countless calls to customer service, I discovered that this store uploaded and forged my signature on a new contract I never agreed to and added a protection plan I had explicitly declined. I’ve gone back to the store three separate times, only to be told, “Stephanie said she’ll get it done.” It turns out the person who forged my signature is actually the manager of this location. This has been a complete nightmare. They refuse to correct their mistakes or release me from a contract they failed to honor. I was also freshly postpartum when this all occurred, which made the experience even more stressful. Do yourself a favor — go anywhere else. Dishonest practices and unprofessional management are not worth your time or money.
