Wonder why stores like BestBuy are going out of business? I saw over 4 clerks pass by, none made eye contact nor did they seemed interested in making a sale.

I stopped by our local Best Buy and asked the staff at the front if they had any. They directed me to customer service, where I met Damien P. Damien was extremely helpful and kind. He checked for me and confirmed they had some available. I was able to pick up 8 sleeved booster packs and 1 Pokémon tin — I was so happy! He even reassured me that the packs hadn’t been searched, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you, Damien, for your great service and for helping make my daughter’s birthday wish come true!
