Managers Matt and Tanner were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to look at my documentation proving ownership. They then gave me the “thats not my problem” “oh, we can’t help you with this here in store you’re gonna have to call our 1800 number” line of bs. Its a well known fact that Apple stores do in fact have the power to do this in store and they were too lazy/unwilling to do it and gave me weak excuses. How can Apple preach about “carbon neutrality” when they are bricking old phones that still work perfectly fine and are owned by their lawful owners?
- PXPeter XaymountryDec 4, 20254.0It been awhile since I walked inside this Apple store at Northridge mall. I don't prefer Apple product but have a MacBook for my work. The last time I came here was years ago when my dad drop his phone and cracked the screen so I got it replaced here. Apple products are on the higher end but if you take care of it then they last. The staff here are wonderful and looking to help you out the best way they can. They aren't pushy on sales when I was here and if you need more technical support then making reservations appointments is recommended.

Nothing felt rushed, they answered all our questions with a smile, and made the whole experience stress-free and actually fun. Best Apple Store visit we’ve ever had — huge thank you to Harry, Faries, and Stona for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this store because of team members like them.
