The sales person spent a good amount of time speaking to us and answering our questions. He even encouraged us to go to the other Apple store that had the color I wanted in stock so I would be happy with my purchase.

- JRjohanna RicartMar 27, 20261.0I went today to pick up an iPhone—by mistake. I already know that this place has the worst customer service, but I accidentally ordered from there. And once again (this has happened to me before), the service is terrible. They are understaffed, and the few employees they do have are completely incompetent. On top of that, I wasn't feeling well, and the woman working at the pickup counter treated me rudely for absolutely no reason. I’m not looking to be her friend; I just want to pick up my phone and leave. It is now crystal clear to me that I will never return to this location, and I recommend that others do the same.
