The service is also lacking; recently, I brought in my broken iPhone, and it took almost 2 hours just to hand it over for service, even though the employees were just standing around gossiping. It took Apple 4 days to replace my phone! Every year I'm seriously considering switching to Android.

- RSRobert SmithDec 12, 20251.0Was treated like a criminal yesterday when I brought in a legally owned Iphone in to request the activation lock to be removed. Managers Matt and Tanner were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to look at my documentation proving ownership. They then gave me the “thats not my problem” “oh, we can’t help you with this here in store you’re gonna have to call our 1800 number” line of bs. Its a well known fact that Apple stores do in fact have the power to do this in store and they were too lazy/unwilling to do it and gave me weak excuses. How can Apple preach about “carbon neutrality” when they are bricking old phones that still work perfectly fine and are owned by their lawful owners?
