Just ordered stuff online and came to pick up and I had to wait and talked to staffs at least 3 people before I got help. The easy task like this should not take that long because what they need to do is just to scan the barcode and check my ID and give the stuff to me. I had been told AJ would help me but I did not get help.No one had approached me until I complained. After waiting for at least nearly 10 minutes and complaining to one staff , the service happened and the store was not that busy. Shame on you Apple Store Northridge, you guys can do better. This incident happened today at 12.15 pm ( Nov 6, 2025) and what I picked up was the Twelve South Curve Flex Laptop Stand. Worst service ever !
