  I went today to pick up an iPhone—by mistake. I already know that this place has the worst customer service, but I accidentally ordered from there. And once again (this has happened to me before), the service is terrible. They are understaffed, and the few employees they do have are completely incompetent. On top of that, I wasn't feeling well, and the woman working at the pickup counter treated me rudely for absolutely no reason. I’m not looking to be her friend; I just want to pick up my phone and leave. It is now crystal clear to me that I will never return to this location, and I recommend that others do the same.

  I had a great experience at the Apple Store in Northridge thanks to Kevin, the supervisor. I originally came in because my AirPods Pro 2 had developed an awful humming sound and were basically unusable. I did have to wait about 45 minutes to get help, which wasn’t ideal, but once Kevin stepped in, he completely turned the experience around. He really went above and beyond to help me out and ended up offering me a brand new pair of AirPods Pro 3 for only $50. I wasn’t expecting that at all, and it honestly felt like he genuinely cared about making things right. Customer service like that makes a huge difference. Thanks again, Kevin!
