    Extremely Disappointing Experience at Apple Store Fashion Island I’ve been a loyal Apple customer for many years, but my recent visit to the Fashion Island location was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with Apple. When I entered the store, there was no one to greet or assist customers. After looking around for help, I realized people were being checked in by a few employees, so I approached someone to ask for assistance with a purchase. I was told there would be a wait time, which I accepted. While waiting, I noticed a representative with curly hair and glasses (his name was Alfred) walking around without helping anyone. When I asked if he was available, he said yes — but as soon as I told him what I needed, his attitude changed. He abruptly told me to “come back tomorrow,” in a dismissive tone and with raised eyebrows. His behavior was unprofessional and condescending. Feeling uncomfortable, I asked to speak with a manager. To my surprise, the same employee, Alfred, said he was the manager, again with the same rude attitude. When I requested to speak with his supervisor, he refused. I left the store frustrated, disappointed, and without the product I came to buy. As a long-time Apple customer who has made multiple purchases over the years, I expected far better service and respect. This location should focus on hiring staff who are genuinely helpful, courteous, and uphold Apple’s customer service standards.

    charged my $200 to repair my laptop only for me to get it back with the same issues. took over an hour and half to get someone on the phone to talk about it. worst experience at an apple store 0/10 recommend
