After looking around for help, I realized people were being checked in by a few employees, so I approached someone to ask for assistance with a purchase. I was told there would be a wait time, which I accepted. While waiting, I noticed a representative with curly hair and glasses (his name was Alfred) walking around without helping anyone. When I asked if he was available, he said yes — but as soon as I told him what I needed, his attitude changed. He abruptly told me to “come back tomorrow,” in a dismissive tone and with raised eyebrows. His behavior was unprofessional and condescending. Feeling uncomfortable, I asked to speak with a manager. To my surprise, the same employee, Alfred, said he was the manager, again with the same rude attitude. When I requested to speak with his supervisor, he refused. I left the store frustrated, disappointed, and without the product I came to buy. As a long-time Apple customer who has made multiple purchases over the years, I expected far better service and respect. This location should focus on hiring staff who are genuinely helpful, courteous, and uphold Apple’s customer service standards.
