  No one knows what they are doing there, only want to sell you phones. Avoid the hassle, go to Amazon or the main store, instead of dealing with pushy sales people.

  I just want to say that the staff at this Best Buy Express are amazing. On the first day I went in, the manager and Shawn both spent so much time trying to help me and were so kind and patient. The second day Martin stepped in and saved the day. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I also want to send a shoutout to the young girl who works there for chatting with me while I was waiting. I’m sorry that I didn’t get her name.
