The information sheet will say chromebook plus and the pricing sheet right beside it will be for a far lesser model and a different brand at times. They don't have enough respect for customers to even have the displays nice or correct. Inventory is even worse with half the shelves empty for various products. Far better off ordering online than going into this location since that is what they are going to tell you to do anyway "Order online and have it shipped to the store for pickup."

My mom is not the most tech savvy woman ever so I did the finding. The lady to help us, Amninder, was insanely passive aggressive towards my mother whenever she asked literally any question at all. She spoke to my mother like she was stupid when she was only trying to make sure she got exactly what she wanted and not some low level crap for an expensive price. Horrible experience. Is it really too much to ask for a laptop with 16GB of ram at an electronic store? Do better, Amninder.
