    I had a really great experience at Best Buy today. The Sales Advisor, Jaasmeen was honestly one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. A big thank you to her for being incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and taking the time to help me through everything. She answered all my questions, made the whole process easy, and provided outstanding customer service.

    Very unfriendly staff. Asked to help find something was told that too busy to help. Cashier rang my stuff in and yelled at me when I used the wrong debit machine. Will not be back and I will take my business elsewhere

    I had a very disappointing experience with Geek Squad at Best Buy Saint John. I brought in my device for repair and was assured by Matt that it would be properly handled upon my realization that device mishandling occurred via service at their store . Instead, my device was returned formatted without my consent, which even reduce to trade in value and I was not given any clear explanation or fair valuation. The handling of my device felt careless and unprofessional. I was offered no reasonable compensation, and the overall service came across as more focused on upselling than actually helping the customer. This experience has left me with zero trust in this location’s Geek Squad team or bussiness with Best Buy Manager ,”Matt”. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no respect for customer value. Imaxe serval long trips even to get this resolved and he was never in store despite email confirmation. I had to wait long hours even to get to see him knowing that I am travelling from far . To make public aware of this, I had to take this route after Geek Squad failed to properly handle my device and resolve the issue . Be ware of geek squad malware install when given for service to breach you privacy , identity theft etc .

    Great staff, but desperately understaffed The employees at this location are incredible, always friendly and eager to help whenever you can catch them. However, finding someone available has become a real challenge over the last 6 months. It is very common to walk in and only see two representatives on the floor, both completely tied up with other customers. You easily end up waiting about 10 minutes just to get someone's attention. ​Even if you manage to find what you need on your own, the issue continues at checkout. The cash registers are almost always empty with no one there to ring you up. It’s a shame because the customer service is excellent when you actually get it, but the overall experience is ruined when you basically have to wait in a long queue just to get a moment of assistance. Management seriously needs to hire more staff.

    I had a really great experience at Best Buy today. The customer service was honestly one of the best I’ve seen. A big thanks to Harpreet for being incredibly patient and helping me through everything.I really appreciated the time and effort. Duncan was also amazing, he helped me choose the right device and clearly knows his stuff. There was also a Geek Squad team member who helped explain the technical side of things and guided me on how to use everything and what to do if I run into any issues. I didn’t catch his name, but he was extremely helpful. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend this store!
