I asked for help and was directed to the other side of the store, but the information was misleading and I still couldn’t find what I needed. I asked for assistance about five times, and each time I was told someone would come help me shortly. I waited and waited, but nobody came. Staff walked by without even making eye contact or checking if I needed assistance. I felt completely neglected as a customer. I could have simply ordered the item for delivery, but there was a $5.99 delivery charge, so I made the effort to come to the store in person. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service made the whole trip frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from Best Buy.
