- MSManjinder Singh1 day ago1.0Very disappointed with the service. A guy named Mohammed gave us an opened box PS5 Pro instead of a sealed one. When we asked about it, he kept saying “it comes like that” and claimed it was not opened. Customers expect a brand new sealed product when paying full price. Not a good experience at all. 👎 Thankfully, we went to another Best Buy location where the staff treated us properly and gave us a sealed box with a smile. Huge difference in customer service and professionalism.

They made what’s usually a long and frustrating process feel smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. Excellent customer service all around—really appreciated the experience.
