He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to walk me through all the options. I had a lot of questions and wanted to compare everything, and he explained the pros and cons clearly without rushing me. In the end, I chose the option he originally recommended — which says a lot about how well he understood my needs. He stayed friendly and professional the whole time and made sure everything was fully set up before I left. Great service all around.
