I went in on Easter my cat had a huge wound took him in they took him to the back within 20 mins then we sat and waited for 4 hours I spoke to the vet tech she stated what was wrong with the cat then sent a lady for the financial part of it 4,732$ to 5,000 when I asked if I can put a deposit she said yes it would have to be 3,700 and then pay the rest when I pick him up 🤔 I couldn’t afford it they took off two items that I didn’t even need and it was still going to be about 4,200 so I paid 176$ for them to tell me what I told them what was wrong with him when I brought him in and 6 hours to send me back home makes me sad to see that they’re super greedy about pets i would never take another animal even just for a check up if their only concern is getting money out of it the next day I I took him to animal medical center in San Jacinto n the vet took us in 8 am he was out by 11:40 311$ don’t walk away from vca RUN and find you good reasonable people who really wanna help your pets not just see how much they can get out of you
Our dog Patra was having a mystery medical emergency and Dr. Betando and team took her in right away, diagnosed the issue and worked with us to save her! We had some budget limitations and they were able to do the life saving treatment that matched our financial needs. We didn’t think our pup was going to make it, but thanks to VCA she’s recovering and doing amazing. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for the caring and attentive staff that did everything they could for our situation, and more.

VCA Murrieta has been so helpful with my pets. They are kind and caring. I left my dog evernight for oxygen and other therapy last month. The cardiology vet tech texted me a picture of my dog in the middle of the night when I was anxious and called for an update. I could see he was well taken care of, and he was much better when I picked him up in the morning.
My 12 year old chihuahua was experiencing cold-like symptoms after getting some teeth pulled and I finally noticed a pattern where the symptoms would ebb and flow over several weeks. After internet searches, I wondered if her symptoms were caused by an oronasal fistula. This wasn't expected because she still had both of her canines and oronasal fistulas usually only happen when canines are removed.
Regardless of any doubts this team may have had, I really felt heard, and the fact that the care team didn't just "follow procedure" for a planned CT scan, but Dr. Prior waited for the surgeon to be ready because she took my (un-vet-educated) concerns seriously. This planning allowed for AMAZING coordination and communication between radiology, Dr. Sun, and the whole care team that even allowed my baby girl to come home the same day!!
I took her in expecting surgery for what seemed like cold symptoms... and the procedure might have only ended with a nasal scope and biopsy anywhere else. I am exceedingly thankful to this team, the care they showed my sweet girl, and the compassion they shared with me on what was definitely a nerve wracking day. ❤️
