    I just hung up with the most delightfully. Caring human being that absolutely went above and beyond to help me in my panic moment I was having. And honestly m are m e feel like everything was gonna be OK. I didn't get her name and that was rude of me. Because that woman deserves a proper acknowledgement of her customer service skills!

    The wellness plan is super convenient! Our vet is amazing and the vet techs are great! They always get us in pretty quick for exams and services needed. Definitely worth going to!

    Horrible hospital with horrible doctor(James went El) , you Killed our pet by miss diagnosing . My wife took our guinea pig there because he wasn’t eating as usual, we were taking our guinea pigs there for checkups because they are close to us, he just touched the pet and said I can’t tell what’s going on , have to do x-ray, we did the x-ray for almost $500, and he couldn’t even tell what’s up after taking X-ray,he said have to send it to someone else in Florida, charged $145 for that,and he gave a high dose of pain medicine, which is almost 5x of what should have given to the animal according to his weight, and anti biotic WITHOUT KNOWING THE ILLNESS ,well bill ended up to $803 and still didn’t know what’s wrong with our pet, we gave the anti-biotic and pet died 2 hours later,he prescribed that to a non eating pet knowing that drug kills the appetite,next day he calls and says oh it’s enlarged heart or cancer and can’t do anything,I was reading other review looks like whatever you guys can’t find out saying it’s cancer, went to another clinic and showed the X-rays , vet said it was just gas build up and just needed gas relief medicine and gut mover drug,heart is not enlarged and no sign of cancer , he just made up to charge us, and X-ray price was $218 and he charged us $487 plus $145 for other person to check the X-rays, both were wrong, if you love your pet just stay away from these crooks.
