    Big shout out to Jonathan for outstanding service when I bought my wife an Apple watch ultra 3 for her present. Was so impressed by his patience and total commitment to providing us all information on the features of the new watch. I ended up getting one for myself.

    My laptop stopped working. It is absolutely impossible to talk to a live person at Microsoft. They sent an email with a form attached for me to answer a series of questions. I've had the laptop for over ten years and couldn't answer many of the questions, so they shut it down. I was devastated! I went to Best Buy Murrieta to buy a new laptop. I stopped at the Geek Squad first to see if they could do anything about my situation. I met a professional young man named Roy Lewis. He looked everything over and told me they would try to recover what they could. There were a few customers in line, and this young man was typing on both my laptop and the store's laptop while maintaining eye contact with them. How amazing is that? Once he finished with the customers, he suggested I purchase another computer. I walked to the computer department and met Lance there. He seemed to sense I was somewhat stressed—a very patient young man who was knowledgeable about the variety of laptops. I asked about open-box laptops and ended up purchasing one I could afford. He explained the Best Buy Total Program and the Office Home Subscription. I purchased both! He directed me to the Geek Squad to get everything set up. I left my laptop there for a couple of days, and when I returned, I met a young man named Justin. He explained everything that was uploaded to my computer. I asked several questions and couldn't remember my passwords, but he hung in there with me until I found them. I wholeheartedly appreciate all three of these young men and their patience with this senior citizen. Although I am bummed about losing all of my precious documents and photos, I'm happy to be up and running again. Thank you, guys, so very much! Warmly, A Grateful Customer

    I am biased about Best Buy, they have managed to keep their staying power and each time I go they have upped their game to keep up with the time. To people like me who prefer to see and touch what their buying let's help keep best buy around for a long time. please? I really love this store

    I feel bad for the nice employers at Best Buy because they receive little training. I made a mistake ordering a cooktop from the store because it was in stock and it’s hard to find cooktops with a downdraft. The cooktop was an open item but in “excellent” condition. However, I did not get the parts for the downdraft. Since I live quite a distance away from the Mirrieta store, I went to the Encinitas store to ask him about the parts that are supposed to be included. Unfortunately, the employees I spoke to you were not sure what parts should come with the stove. I spent quite a bit of time trying to get to the bottom of it myself and contacted KitchenAid. I finally found out that the fan does come with the cooktop. I tried to call the Murrieta store but I got connected to someone that seemed quite a far distance away. After explaining the situation about the order and missing parts, They transferred me to somebody else The next person I spoke to then told me they needed to ad me in the queue for a manager from the store to call me. I never received a call. I also can only return this item back to the store in purchased it from or need to pick up the additional parts. After going through all of this I still do not have a new cooktop. Clearly Best Buy is to minimize employees Ava limit contact with stores. This makes it very frustrating as a consumer.
