Even though at least 5 employees were just standing around doing nothing. I've worked at best buy in the past. They were register trained, and they could have helped the 5 angry people in line with me.

I encountered and was helped by a salesperson who wasn’t knowledgeable to any of my questions and didn’t listen to my needs as sole focus and excitement was just get a sale. As a result he sold me the wrong pen-stylus. I categorically feel taken advantage of as an older consumer and forced to pay again to get the correct stylus. Apparently the days of customer service are over as I attempted several times to get help by the store itself. Ive called numerous times and have been unable to get to a live person due to their ai apparently designed not to help or understand you. Id recommend a different store that values its customers. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!
