Deplorable service! The supposed manager was extremely rude after making us wait thirtv minutes just to make a payment while waiting on a customer to decide which device was better,less expensive and a million other questions. Then had the audacity to call her kids and argue with them over which phone they wanted. When all he had to do was excuse himself for a moment to take a payment. If I hadn't said so we would've been waiting another thirty minutes until the woman made her decision. He got belligerent and started yelling at me and telling me not to talk to him and don't tell him anything because he's been in business for 12 years and he knows what he's doing. First of all, he wouldnt have behaved like that towards a man that had an issue with his service and second, just because you've been in business twelve years DOESN'T MEAN YOU PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE!
He said never come back to his store! Well guess what? I've been here 30 years and ive only been to that location twice (NEVER SEEN HIM BEFORE only another gentleman who said HE was the manager) simply because they're customer service has gone downhill and its less stressful to pay over the phone. just happened to be close by and its the only store open in this area! I hope they close this one too

I get harassed every time about signing up for recurring billing and this time the female employee after I said no to signing up for anything and that I just wanted to pay my monthly bill, she claimed that the debit machine was down and that she had to enter the card manually. I thought nothing of it until a went to the bank the next day and the bank teller told me she had actually signed me up for recurring payments. Sucks I actually liked cricket but after this month is up Im for sure leaving after this trickery.
