    I had an amazing experience with Andrew the new hire from this location. He made me feel heard, didnt come off like a pushy salesman, got me exactly what I asked for and was able to save me money I wasnt expecting to save. Thank you Andrew for being awesome and hope to see you again

    0/10 would not return to this location. Waited an hour and a half just for them to take people that came AFTER me before helping me even though they make you “sign in” on a paper when entering . I haven’t had service for a week and needed this issue fixed but sat there waiting and wasted time . I will be going to a different location from now on.

    I had issues with my service through Verizon. My coverage was getting worse and for hours at a time I’d lose the ability to make calls from my home. I decided to switch to ATT. Unfortunately I had issues accessing my Verizon app. I went into the store, waited 15 minutes to be told the nobody could help me in the store and I’d have to call their line to have someone fix the issue I was having. I walk out of the store, battle their automated system and guess what! It was a 58 minute hold time! That’s insane. I wait 15 minutes on hold before my Verizon service went out the window and the call was dropped. I called again when I got home and was greeted with another massive wait time and guess what! My version service disappeared and the call was dropped. The next day I finally got a hold of a person after another 20 minute hold. I asked them for the necessary fixes so I could switch my plan over to ATT. Instead of helping me he tried to sell me on the fact that Verizon has better coverage( definitely not true where I live). He then tried to get me to go through my setting to try and “fix” the issue. I was very frustrated with the fact that after battling for two days to get this issue resolved I had a guy on the phone trying to stonewall me from leaving version. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had this year. 1. Versions do better and maintain you network 2. If someone goes into a store they should be able to be helped with minor issues, not blown off by people who are only trained to hustle sails 3. If you’re going to tell someone to call their line that line better not be designed with automation that try’s to steer you away from talking to a person.

    Mo is fantastic! It was my first time upgrading to a new phone by myself, and he made it so quick and easy. He was clear, concise, and made the sale without being sleazy or deceptive. 10/10 walked out with the new iPhone 17 at a much cheaper price than anticipated! He even told me how to transfer my data from my old phone.
