- CBCarmelle BergJan 4, 20261.0I’m a loyal apple customer and just purchased the apple iphone 17 pro .I went in looking for help on the 3rd of January around 4:30 pm and went to an associate at the front of the store who was a darker complexioned man in his mid 30’s. He told me when I asked for help with my phone case he wouldn’t look at it and said “I should be more careful” and that it was my own fault while being extremely dismissive because I had interupted him while he was talking to a different employee seemingly bothered that I, a teenager would ask him for help.

- EPEugene PalmerNov 17, 20251.0On November 16 2025,we walked into the Apple store and I was told by the greeter that the young lady who works in the store would see me next after she was finished with the customer, she then looked at me to acknowledge as a confirmation that I would be next. I waited approximately 10- 15 minutes. Upon her finishing with her customer she gave me a a quick glance and proceeded to wait on another customer... I waited for some form of acknowledgement from her on what was going on...she look at us and continued to wait on that customer. So I decided to leave, again she glanced at me as I was departing from the display table and began helping another customer... I walked out of the store momentarily and returned back inside the store to report what happen to the store greeter. He apologized for what happen and asked me to wait to be helped. I declined his offer and also let him know that I will not be shopping at that store. The lady that did not help me is hispanic and the two customers are also Hispanic.. I am not. Bye Apple Del Monte Shopping Center!!!
