Laptop broke. Brought it to geek squad. Said everything was fixed. It's still broke. Phone called the store and was told they don't care and would not let me speak to anyone there.
By the way the phone number is fake you actually can't talk to anyone and they won't let you talk to anyone. The geek squad number they give is corporate so you still won't talk with anyone. They hate their customers

I purchased an open-box PlayStation 5 controller online from Best Buy, advertised as fully functional. When it arrived, it was defective right out of the box. I went to this location to exchange it. The first gentleman at the customer service counter was polite and said it made sense to process the exchange since I was only a few days past the return window.
He sent me over to a store supervisor, Gabbie, who was completely indifferent. She refused to even look at the controller or help in any way. She showed no effort to resolve the situation and simply recited the policy about being outside the return window.
This was a defective product sold online by Best Buy. I wasn’t asking for a refund just an exchange for a working controller. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude from management were extremely disappointing.

Went there for a open box item closer to closing time. Lui G assisted me for 30 mins. Come back to tell me that the price is higher than what is reflected. I'm wondering how is that possible as there are only 3 tier prices. Also told me, I can't look at the item until purchased. Asked if they would honored the price reflected, he declined. I was going to buy a cell phone and a laptop. Felt like used salesman tactics. I've spent 1.5 hours there for nothing to show for. 30 mins each way and 30 mins for of the person searching for the phone and scanning.

When in there because simply my laptop have fried and are you a new laptop immediately because I work from home. Was going to the store to pick up a laptop immediately. Got there kind of late maybe 7:00 p.m. And the store was kind of dead. My first issue with the store is every laptop tag is super small with the smallest print possible and cannot be made out of what all it said, whether it be specs such as price, ram or hard drive space, the tags are just to small. Next with the store being that dead there was two gentlemen working the laptop section and I was kind of hoping to talk to them because I wanted to get the most bang for my buck and with laptops I'm not always quite too sure what I need but both gentlemen were there just talking amongst themselves looking at their phones and not engaging with any customers that came by what poor customer service. I ended up or ordering an $800 laptop from Amazon
