Today, I went to best buy in Montebello, I'm so used to their employees just walking passed me and not even welcoming you. I just want to give a shout out to "Diane"...the tall young lady, not only did she ask if I needed help but she actually went on a phone to look up what camera would be best, then she took me to get a few other items I needed, then took more time to help me at the checkout.
Thank you Diane!! You did an amazing job and I hope everyone reads about you.

I had a really great experience at Best Buy thanks to Kevin’s outstanding customer service.
I went in with the intention to sell my laptop, and Kevin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. While we were there, we also asked about a keyless entry knob we had previously purchased from Best Buy and wanted to know if it was still under warranty. Kevin took the time to look up our old transaction from 2022 and walked us through our options.
He was friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. Instead of trying to sell us a new one, he recommended that we call the manufacturer (the Yale company) to check on the warranty — and it turns out it was still covered! Not only did I sell my laptop, but I bought new Cync Smart Bulbs, a Logitech Keyboard and a few other things.
It’s rare to come across service like this. Kevin went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back because of this experience.
Made an AppleCare appointment at the Best Buy in Montebello and still wasted my time. Drove all the way here just to be told they only have one technician and the repair would take more than a day, meaning I’d have to leave my phone overnight.
That’s ridiculous. In 2026, people need their phones. An appointment should mean the issue can be handled the same day, not “leave it and hope for the best.” Poor staffing and bad customer service.
