I have tried to reach the Montebello Best Buy the last two weeks. The call keeps getting rerouted to their customer center. I bought a washer and dryer and purchased the additional warranty. They made a mistake on the policy and no one seems to be able to help. I’ve never had such horrible experience. The only helpful person was the manager Mary when I went in person. She said someone would contact me to fix it and they contacted me, but were not able to help. I call every other day and they keep telling me call back in a half an hour. Would not recommend you purchase anything there.

Awful experience, tried to return an unopened item that I received as a gift and they just wanted to keep the money in any way possible. Trying to sell tons of items in exchange and when I said I just wanted to return they forced a restock fee even though the item is completely untouched inside the box. I told them I never opened it or even touched the item inside and they said "you could just be saying that", and then proceeded to open the item and touch everything. Like??? Anyways, I went to Best Buy Downey the next day and they were perfect, literally took my item and returned with no fees. I hope the employees who sucked here know I was able to do what they told me was impossible. Go to Downey instead!

We had a Geek Squad appointment to check my daughter’s iPad. The agent barely explained anything, spoke very quietly, and immediately suggested erasing the device without proper explanation. He seemed disengaged, and we had to keep asking questions. We decided to leave and look for other options. Poor customer service.

No nos atendieron bien tuvimos que esperar como 20 minutos para que alguien nos atendiera y luego no quitaron mis dudas de un producto que compre hace 6 meses y tube que buscar por mi cuenta para solucionar mis dudas de garantía al final lo hise sin ayuda del personal de la tienda espero y mejoren en atención a el cliente

I traveled from Long Beach to Montebello to pick up an open box item (Dell laptop PC) that, when I arrived, could not be located. While Jay was making a kind adjustment on the purchase of the same item in new condition, Tiffany found the open box item, and Jay made an adjustment for the extra time it took to sort things out. Thanks to both of you for the great customer service!
