  If I could do 0 stars I would. Terrible service from Geek Squad with my refrigerator. They had a tech come out and assess the problem tell us that it was going to be fixed a few days later just to send it to a 3rd party repair shop. Now I'm without a refrigerator for 2 weeks and they have so concern over it. You send all this money for a refrigerator and warranty for them to leave you without it. Last time I will ever buy from Best Buy

  If I could give this a negative mark, I would do it. Best Buy Sales noted the value and efficiency of specifically buying a "Geek Squad" protection plan for a new phone (as opposed to SquareTrade, or equivalent). Brand New phone, 2 days old, screen cracked from heat, or perhaps a latent defect. The Geek Squad answer - option 1- give me the phone, and you can have a "refurbished" phone in 10 days, at a cost of $200, or, 2- give us your credit card, and you can have a refurbished phone shipped to you in few days, at a cost of $200, or, 3- live with the screen as is. No offer to fix screen, as they have to send it to Samsung, etc... How lame? I cancelled the plan, and all I see in my head is the leering look from the service guy. Recommendation - DO NOT BUY THEIR PLAN, the market has FAR BETTER options out there - this entire GS program has to be ?????
