They had a tech come out and assess the problem tell us that it was going to be fixed a few days later just to send it to a 3rd party repair shop. Now I'm without a refrigerator for 2 weeks and they have so concern over it. You send all this money for a refrigerator and warranty for them to leave you without it. Last time I will ever buy from Best Buy

Wasted another 30 minutes on hold to find out the other store was out of stock too. Was told the next appointment at either location was 2 weeks out.
