    Its ok, good prices and great people except for the phones. The Verizon network without a doubt is the worst . No it's even worse than that. They are way over priced and the bill is never the same twice. If your looking to change carriers avoid Verizon

    My husband and I bought a Toshiba tv and a five year warranty a couple months ago.I turned it on this morning and every channel had a white screen. My husband took it back they plugged it in and said there was blue dots around it meaning it had been dropped and accused my husband of dropping it. It was not dropped in was on the wall mount. How dare they accuse us of dropping it. So there for the WARRANTY IS NO GOOD. Needless to say my husband was not happy trying to explain it was never dropped. Rip off is all I can say and will never buy from Best Buy again.

    Actually, I did miss going to Best Buy. I do most of my electronic shopping on Amazon. However, I went to Best Buy today in a long time, and I got help right away by a representative for a apple assessor that it was locked in. The class was in and out the store in five minutes. I will definitely be back to Best Buy instead of always shopping at Amazon
