My husband took it back they plugged it in and said there was blue dots around it meaning it had been dropped and accused my husband of dropping it. It was not dropped in was on the wall mount. How dare they accuse us of dropping it. So there for the WARRANTY IS NO GOOD. Needless to say my husband was not happy trying to explain it was never dropped. Rip off is all I can say and will never buy from Best Buy again.

However, I went to Best Buy today in a long time, and I got help right away by a representative for a apple assessor that it was locked in. The class was in and out the store in five minutes. I will definitely be back to Best Buy instead of always shopping at Amazon
