  Bad experience on Black Friday. My only day off in weeks. Came in to buy a TV that I specifically wanted. Sales man said that for a bit more money I can get something better. Days later, when it arrived, I found out that it was TERRIBLE. Immediately called for a return and got the TV I ORIGINALLY wanted. Never trusting a salesman at Bestbuy. They wasted my time and talk out of their posterior.

  Avoid the manager Chris at all costs. You can't miss him, the slim shady looking dude with bleached white hair trying to hold on to youth with the tip of his fingers. He argues with customers, talks to you in a condescending manner and makes up policies to try intimidate you into not returning something. Don't believe me? Search other reviews with his name on here. Best Buy HAS to accept any return made online or ANY store so don't fall for the "you have to go to where u bought it" or "if you bought it online u have to ship it back" any store has to accept it. He just trying to manipulate his store #s

  Horrible place . Bout time they go out of business . You spend 5 k and they won’t back it up . I will just use Amazon or go to Costco from now on . No questions asked they return ! I have been a life long Best Buy customer until this . Best Buy you can thank MATT the man in Customer service for losing yet another customer ! He felt powerful being behind that desk , pretty pathetic

  This was the best shopping experience I have ever had at a Best Buy-and like all of us-I have had to purchase items at these stores at various locations for years. With purchasing TV's or Soundbars or Bluetooth Speakers I want to hear and see the item as well as easily ask questions. All the employees at this store worked diligently to find the Cyber Monday items that I was interested in-they went so far to look in the back and roll out a tv that I was curious about. Yea, that is their job-but each employee was super nice and had a sense of humor. We actually stayed longer and bought another gift because this cute and smart girl helped me find the item and then we discussed the pros and cons of the various brands. I absolutely could not believe how nice all the employees were-especially Edgar Samsung. I use to dread going into Best Buy- the stores are caverness and empty and no one wanted to be there browsing. This store has changed my mind. One of my sons told me they are training store employees better to compete with on-line shopping. Good for Best Buy- that strategy will work if they can copy this stores positive energy.
