  Wet Horrible Customer Service. I was there around 730pm Tuesday Feb 2nd. 3 young kids not even paying attention. 2teens came in a grabbed a salesperson and bought a computer and this you sales guy runs to the corner back after the sale the other just walk by and don’t even acknowledge me. At 742p. I got upset and left. I told this young girl putting way baskets. “I guess you guys don’t want to sell computers today I really need 3 of them” she was just lost. But none of this was her fault. These young kids I guess are more interested in goofing off in the back. I’ll take my business elsewhere where.

  Had genuinely one of the worst retail store experiences here with a very rude "supervisor" who came to help me load my car, who from second 1 approached the situation with nothing but attitude and mockery. I also submitted a review from my receipt and specifically asked that management contact me, and 2 months later I have yet to hear back. And these brick and mortar stores can't figure out why people prefer shopping online.

  Store Manager Matt amazingly helped me find an obscure item that wasn't in the store but in the "install bay", never would have found it without him, and he was a pleasure to engage. Perhaps my favorite retail experience ever! IMHO, good management starts at the top and shows some wise decisions, congratulations. Add another loyal customer to the ranks. Thanks Best Buy!!!

  ​Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS This was hands down my best experience at a Best Buy, thanks to Riley in the computer section(laptops). From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and very respectful of my time. Usually, you’re stuck waiting around for assistance and get the run around at best buy BUT He gave me his full attention from the start. I was genuinely impressed by how active, quick and precise he worked at the END OF A SHIFT. STRONG.. More importantly when I asked what I needed for my programming, all my quedtions Got answered in a p⁴e³rofessional and effectively communicative manner that exhibited his expert knowledge. If you need an expert whos kind, gets straight to the point—no fluff, no upselling, just expertise then ask for Riley. I don't say this lightly because usually I feel a little bit of guilt after shopping but this man and it is because of the experience he provided that i felt/ feel 1000% secure and confident in my purchase tonight! Somebody needs to promote this guy!
