Be careful when you come to this store! Do not trust it if they are using a blank paper drawing/touting the Verizon service plans and device deals etc to you. Do not sign the contract before you have reviewed it carefully!
This is not a Verizon cooporate store and it is a dealer for Verizon, i.e., Victra. Don't be fooled by their dressing a T-shirt with a "V", which was trying to mislead you. I walked in to this store on Nov 28th, 2025, and I thought it was a Verizon cooparate store. I was cheated by a guy named Tony who told me a "black Friday promotion deal from Verizon-opening 4 phone lines with 3 iphones plus high speed 2G home internet for $177 (service plan) plus $30.83 monthly device payment per month for three years, no activiation fee". Next day when I opened the Verizon App and I noticed >$300 per month bill and I also found the home internet speed is really slow (40-60M). I came back to the store and they told me it would take a couple of days to see the promotions kicking in. I waited 3 more days, but still saw >$288 per month bill and I then called Verizon Customer service who told me that there was no such black Friday promotion from Verizon and the home internet service that Victra (Tony) got me was 200M not 2G. The Verizon Customer service infomred me that the so claimed "promotion" was a fraud. There were many things bizzare in the process: 1) Two days later when I came back to the store, Tony (that guy who opened my account) disappeared and they said Tony no longer worked in this store and is assinged to a different store; 2) Tony used a blank scratch paper introducing the Verizon phone service plans to me (I still have that paper with his hand writing about the costs for three different plans), he did not use the official Verizon web/computer screen; 3) Tony did not go over the details of the charges (did not even let me see it) when he asked me to sign the contract and asked me for credit card payment; 4) while Tony told me there was "no activation fee" for each phone line, there were hidden fees of $40 (paid to Victra) for each line that Tony never told me when opening the account; 5) the Victra store charged me $50 restocking fee for an iphone that was never opened when I closed my account with Verizon and returned my devices to the store.
I have to thank the Verizon Customer serice that was very professional and informed me that I could cancel/close my acccount with Verizon within one month without any liability. I also want to thank Michael from the store that helped me return all the devices and processed the partial refunds. I learned a big lesson from this incidence and hope this review will be helpful to anyone in the future dealing with this store.

I just have to say that Tatiana is an angel. She was extremely helpful and kind. Her patience is extremely appreciated. I had taken a 15 min bus ride to get there, but well worth it. I live walking distance to my local Duarte store. They are totally useless! All they do is sell phones and take payments. I’m never going back there. They just

Service either. In conclusion, Monrovia is my new store. Verizon is more than lucky to have an employee like Tatiana.
She resolved all my connection issues.
Never going back. Just complain about not getting any service either. Left feeling frustrated.
