  First visit for my Yorkie was great(Taz Lopez). The issue started when he fractured his paw. Mikaela Sivley ( our assigned vet ) made us think our Yorkie needed surgery! I said no way it was small fracture . Took him to specialist which cost $500 for them to say why are you here this will heal on its own ! Transferred him vets after that completely healed ! Also, front office is rude. I would wait longer when I would have appointments. She lied about or puppies progress. Glad I changed after it cost me more money !

  DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO BE KILLED MY INLAWS TOOK THEIR CAT HERE BECAUSE THEY BELIEVED SHE INGESTED POISON THEY PROCEEDED TO PUMP HER STOMACH (UNNECESSARY NO POISON WAS INGESTED) WHICH CAUSED THE POOR BABY TO START VOMITING BLOOD THEY REFUNDED THE MONEY BUT DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO COVER THE CREMATION.... THIS MORNING THEY WOKE UP TO AN EMAIL SAYING SORRY WHEN YOU ARE READY WE WILL HELP YOU ADOPT A NEW KITTY I'M SORRY BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE... I PERSONALLY TAKE MY FUR BABIES TO TEMPLE CITY ANIMAL HOSPITAL THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, CARING, AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED..... IF THIS WAS MY KITTY I'D BE CONTACTING A LAWYER

  Coming here has always meant a wait and a high bill. The receptionist are not welcoming. They will allow you to wait in your car but the receptionist are not helpful in setting this up.

  Dr. Najarian is an amazing vet who is thoughtful and caring. Highly recommended! He has taken great care of Buddy

  After my Frenchie started having spasms and couldn’t walk, I brought him here because our regular vet in Duarte wasn’t available. The front desk staff were decent, but the female vet immediately pushed for surgery and a bunch of expensive procedures that my dog didn’t even need. She wouldn’t come back to the room to talk to us directly instead, she sent an assistant in with paperwork and prices, even after we asked how much it would cost to put him down (just to see how far they’d go). The next day, I took my Frenchie to our regular vet, and guess what? He was fine. No surgery. No X-rays. Just pain meds. Turns out he had a sprained back leg and couldn’t put weight on it that’s it. So yeah, VCA Animal Hospital read between these 🖐 lines. You’re more focused on the bill than the animals. Money hungry, plain and simple.
