- WBW BAug 5, 20251.0Vary rude customer service, they sale you a phone that has to have the higher plan and when they can't activate the phn they give you a different plan but won't reduce that plan down to the plan you choose! Ashley , and another worker that was named Hailey as to what the store manager said her name was who knows for sure if it is! They said they didn't care what plan we wanted ! When another customer comes in to pay their bill the manager tells this customer we are being difficult and we are white so we expect everything. Corporate should really look into who is currently working this office today 8/5/25 1:48 pm. Was in this office for more then 2 hours to be treated like shit is not ok. They were laughing and talking bad about my client that has a disability. They should keep their comments to themselves! Just cause my client/ now your customer doesn't look or talks like they do they shouldn't talk about them.
