They turn off when you want them on, they don't respond to controls (I routinely have to press a button the remote twice for it to do anything, and sometimes the second button press executes too messing all kinds of things up). Either its CPU is weak as hell or it doesn't have enough RAM to handle its functions so It's the stupidest "smart" TV I've ever owned. Half the time the voice command thing just ignores me. Like the buttons, I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING TWICE ON THIS TV. It doesn't have a "screen off" function so I'm always having to go into the settings to turn the brightness down at night, and then back up again the next day and half the time, the ONLY SETTING it will let me access is the backlight. If I reboot the TV then I can get all my settings. So many times, I just don't watch the thing because it's so damn frustrating to use. What an absolute piece of garbage and you should be ashamed to be selling crap like this to people. Edit to respond: I don't use any of that social media crap. Do you have a professional email or phone number?
