The geek squad tech at Best Buy store has been helpful assisting me to get rid of the problem on my cellular. AT&T claimed that they are not trained to do the tech work although some of them seemed to know how to do but claimed it's not in their job category therefore didn't want to help. My cellular works well now. Thanks to the Geek Squad at Best Buy.
I also have a computer problem that I paid to have the Geek Sqad come to the home to help. Therefore, I don't know yet until they come.

It has been well over 7 business days and I still don't have my computer nor do they know where it is 😡. When I call all I get is people from India who are no help at all

They were very helpful and informative. I will continue to go to them. Went to Kevin's Computers previously and was charged a large sum. The problem persisted the following week, so when I went back to tell them, they were going to charge a lot more. That's when I decided to try Geek Squad. They were professional and didn't take advantage of the customer.

Excellent service. We used Geek Squad to install our new Bosch dishwasher and initially had a problem with water coming out of the air gap. This was not caused by Geek Squad, instead it was the more powerful drain pump in the dishwasher. Rather than return the dishwasher, they came back out and spent 3 hours reworking the drain configuration (at no charge) to resolve the problem.
