Upon calling the store to follow up on my repair (they were going to call me two days after to bring my phone in, but hadn’t called) I heard the call pick up and then immediately hang up. I call a couple days later, I’m placed on a long hold, and the representative picks up and then hangs up. This happened three more times for a total of five before I write this review. I’m making a reservation at a different Apple location, hoping they provide better service.
