After I told him I was willing to wait 2 hours to get my product fixed, Tony was incredibly rude and dismissive, even telling me to 'stop' while I was speaking. I was trying to be patient and flexible with my time, but Tony’s unprofessional attitude made it clear that my business wasn't valued. Being told to 'stop' when trying to find a solution is unacceptable. I expected much better service from Apple.

I was abruptly interrupted by Jake and he fully micromanaged his co worker to not to talk to me. Said if I wanted to finish asking the question I needed to stand in the line. This behaviour reminds me of bouncers in the club and how they are power tripped as hell.
