  A fairly typical Best Buy location with most of the technology and appliances you would expect in stock. I feel the staff at this location have been more helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping customers to a greater degree than other locations I have visited in SoCal. The only downside I see is the location is a bit difficult to access due to its placement between the 5 freeway, railroad tracks and surface streets.

  Always impressed by the level of service. Open on Easter and staffed appropriately. Needed just a data cable to sync my cell to my truck for off road maps. Found a sturdy 3'3" cable that did the job. Short wait to get help. They walked me over to it. In n Out in a jiffy. 😛

  I had a pretty disappointing experience with Best Buy. I made a large purchase back in November with the understanding that I would earn rewards and be able to use them later that same day. However, the representative never explained key details like when the rewards would actually become available or that there was a limited window to convert them into points. When I later went back to the store to use those rewards, I was told there was nothing they could do because the deadline had already passed. Apparently, I only had about a month to transfer the rewards into points—something I had to figure out on my own. I also tried resolving this through customer support, but was given the same answer with no flexibility or attempt to make things right. Overall, this felt misleading and poorly communicated. If you’re going to promote rewards as a benefit, the process and deadlines should be clearly explained upfront—especially on large purchases.

Whether it’s TVs, laptops, headphones, or smart home gear, you can actually touch it, compare options side by side, and make a decision with confidence instead of guessing based on reviews. That alone saves time, money, and the hassle of returns. The store is well laid out, clean, and easy to navigate. Inventory is usually solid, and if something isn’t on the shelf, the team is quick to check the back or help you find an alternative. I’ve had multiple interactions with staff here, and they’ve been knowledgeable without being pushy, which is rare in electronics retail. Another big advantage is the instant gratification factor. You walk in, get what you need, and walk out. No shipping delays, no missed deliveries, no wondering if the product will match what you saw online. If you’re local and debating between ordering online or just getting it handled today, this Best Buy is a great option. Being able to see, test, and leave with exactly what you want still matters, and this location does it right.

  Extremely poor customer service and inventory management. I waited a long time while they tried to find a laptop they recommended, and they still couldn’t find it. Then they started showing me completely different options that were way more expensive, and the way they asked “what do you want to do?” felt kind of rude. I expected a lot better from Best Buy.
