Horrible experience I came in wanting to buy something right away new MacBook Air m5 chip and they have me wait in a corner with no help even though there are free agents available and especially the complete rudeness and disregard verbally I can’t believe how much the customer service at the Apple Store has fallen over the years when they used to be the best. Hate this store hate this experience if this was me and I had the bodies to help I’d take care of my customers the way they should be and not waste their time and have them wait in the corner for who knows how long. Don’t come here this store is awful I don’t know what their quality control is but my experience in their other stores isn’t always like this so good luck to whoever is trying to buy something here in mission Viejo. Darius ended up helping me give him a raise and a bigger role on your company.
I had a very poor and disrespectful experience here at this store in Mission Viejo. I financed an iPhone online and was supposed to pick up from this store. One of the staff technicians gave me some incorrect information/guidance and took around an hour of my time. When I escalated to his manager, the manager was talking/acting worse than him, very rude, unrespectful, impolite, and misbahviour. It was my ever last time receiving services from this store, and recommending everyone not to go there either.

If you use an iPhone with Windows, you quickly see the limits. Message history is incomplete and media barely syncs.
That happens because Apple does not allow system level access to iMessage. Microsoft cannot build what Apple does not permit.
It is a closed ecosystem strategy, not a tech problem.
My wife’s Apple Watch band became stuck on one side and we couldn’t get it off. We decided to stop by on our way to Costco. We put our name in and gave them our number. We were told 45 minutes to an hour. We stayed in the mall and shopped other stores. After 2 hours we went back to the apple store after not being called. They looked us up and said go to Genius Bar and sit. After 30 minutes of sitting and 3 others being helped that came in after us we approached a worker and asked what the issue was and why we were being ignored. He asked why we were there, laughed and took the watch. He came back in 2 minutes with the band removed.
****Forget about customer service if you’re not spending money and just need help **** we were really really disappointed.

Scheduled an appointment to have a battery replacement. They told me it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. I asked what is the purpose of an appointment if they can’t do same day battery repairs for batteries they have on stock. The reply was, “additional people came in and they are busy”……then what is the point of an appointment? Seriously considering Android at this point. Tired of paying inflated prices when they can’t even manage appointments.
