    Don't waste your time. They only seem to cater to a select crowd. The mgr said she isn't there to help. Why she didn't great me or the other brown skin patrons. But was clear to warmly great and help others. I was skipped 2 times and only wanted to know was there a service outage because not the first time verizon towers were down.. but manager never asked what i came for. I was " next"for 15 minutes. I watched employees stand and ignore the Latino family and myself and choose not to all why we were there or if it was a simple question. But as a mother person walked in she took phone call from someone s hand and helped thier dad determine they were at the wrong location and asked another what was wrong why he came in with aapple box.. but knowing i was upset for being ignored she continued to state he had appr but he had not completed the log in. Photo of employee chatting away after relieving mgr for break and was told 2 in wait when there was 4..opp she helped the white customers so only 2 left.. never approached us or asked what the nature of visit. Mgr told employee to ignore me waiting in corner. I left the store unresolved- they win..8 years of service and changing service because of 1 location..poor communication and poor customer service.. favoritism...

    Ridiculous and terrible service that they will remove you from the checkin list and no staff will reach out to you and after you waited for 50 min. Avoid this place at all cost and they just want to sell you stuff while you just want to drop off the device
