- AIAaron George IIAug 6, 20255.0Today we came in for my wife's appointment and her mic was having trouble on some calls so we came in for geek squad and got it checked out, the kind lady named Megan checked it and found that it had some source of malware in the camera which someone was hacking into. So Megan went more than out of her way to find us some good deals on a new phone to replace it and gave us some good tips on how to prevent it in the future. We are never going to a sketchy repair shop again. Thank you so much Megan for your help, you truly saved us more time and stress!!! 🥲

My husband was furious to hear from this guy who had no interest in helping customers...I knew it only takes like 20 minutes but I wanted to be done by a professional just in case something happened.. Horrible customers service 😒 I don't recommend going to this dump.. Forget about paying Membership service They don't take under consideration ...
