  Useless, waste of time, and just care about money. Trying to get the car electronic product and have it installed in store, for free accord to its sales description, yet the staff simply ignored this policy and keep insisting on buying care member service plan for $200/year first. Totally non-sense, he doesn't even ask what product is it, and just repeating money money money. After showing him the product statement, and point out his mistake, he turned to using other excuse about no more auto technical available here. Will definitely suggest to avoid this store, don't come and waste your time here.
