    This review is not for just this location. It is overall for Best Buy. The return policy is ridiculous. Two weeks if you dont have membership. I bought a couple of DCASC inverters...not huge ones but just upto 750W. They didn't work. When I went to return them then I was told that oh...you cant return because its 2 days over two weeks and you dont have membership. I bought one from Amazon for lesser price and it worked flawlessly. I had gone to Best Buy to help support them as they employ people locally and I didnt want them to end up like Fry's but I guess they dont want my business.

    Order an item on line and got the notification to pick it up and when employee brought my item to the counter it was fully open. When I asked the employee what happen and why my item was open like some one went thru all he was able to say that that's how we receive packages from this brand. I was baffled by this incompetent response. So I asked him do all your Ninja products arrive this way and he proceeded to say yes all of them do. So either Ninja has lost its touch to package its items or best buy employees are looking to steel items. The manager was just as useless as the employee. I have reached out to Ninja corporate office and advised them of hiw their products are handled at this particular best buy. I definitely will not be ordering anything else from this best buy. Buyers beware.

    I ordered an iPad, it was saying ready in 1 hour, after two hours I called and then another two hours and they still told me it was not ready. I would never suggest this store

    I purchased a dryer from Best Buy along with haul-away and installation services. What should have been a simple process turned into weeks of frustration. The installation team came three separate times, and each visit failed for a different reason — one said extra parts were required, another said the dryer had a dent and needed replacement, and yet another refused the haul-away. After all these failed attempts, my tenant had to live without a dryer for more than two weeks. I finally gave up and hired an independent installer who finished the job in one day. When I requested refunds for the installation and haul-away fees, the process dragged on with repeated calls and transfers. Eventually, I received part of the refund, but later I was unexpectedly charged again without any clear explanation. Despite numerous calls to customer service, no one could resolve the extra charge. Each time I was transferred around and had to re-explain the situation. This entire experience has been exhausting: I paid for services I never received, I was charged inconsistently, and I spent hours trying to get help with no resolution. I will not purchase large appliances or installation services from Best Buy again, and I would caution others to think twice before doing so.
