I don't feel confident in how the store runs. The product is fine. Not if I am buying from store I want to make sure the product is what I need, and I was not allowed to check it and then buy, in this case. It was a pc case, pun intended. If I can just look at all the things online then why would I go to store. Why won't I get it through Amazon the next day itself. I think the whole feel of buying from a store is gone. And it's worse here because you're buying electronic, which cost decent amount of money. There is return policy, but that's just a hassle.
I cannot say enough good things about BENNVE. From the very beginning, he has been extremely professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He truly cares about customers and makes sure every issue is handled the right way.
We actually live in Union City, but the customer service there is honestly horrible. We had so many problems, and the manager in Union City was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. It was extremely frustrating, and we felt like no one cared to solve our issues properly. Because of that experience, we decided to come all the way here just to get our problems resolved.
And I’m so glad we did. BENNVE completely changed our experience. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and treated us with respect. He didn’t rush us, and he made sure we understood every step. That level of service makes a huge difference.Now I shop at Best Buy much more often, and even though we live far, I am willing to drive all the way here because the customer service is excellent. BENNVE represents what great customer service should be professional, calm, respectful, and solution-oriented.Thank you, BENNVE, for restoring our trust and giving us such a positive experience. As a total Best Buy member, customer service replaced my damaged JLab earbuds at no charge. I asked some questions at Geek Squad about upgrading my desktop. Everybody was helpful and informative while I was there.
Awful return experience. Ordered meta glasses from them, but unable to return at this store. CSR says the serial number doesn’t match. They messed up with the release and sent me glasses with mismatched serial number than the box, and now I’m stuck with an unreturnable item! I will not order from them again
