  Went in to speak to someone about upgrading to an ssd drive for my laptop and the Geek Squad representative immediately looked annoyed and even showed it in his response. I politely asked if he can help be figure out what type of ssd drive I needed wether it be a 2.5 inch or an Nvme drive and he rolled his eyes and said well what are you even trying to put it on. I was wearing a backpack that I was using to carry my laptop with the intention to show it to him so he may help me. I didn’t appreciate his response and attitude so I immediately said to him “actually you seem a little busy I’ll come back another time” to witch he responded “ok!” As if saying he could care less anyway. Then as I walked out I let it be known to the Best Buy employees nearby as I walked out about how poor that service was. I will be going to Modesto Geek Squad. And I will also be mentioning this to them if they help me out. I was supposed to purchase the drive from Best Buy and have geek squad install it but I guess I will try Modesto and see how that goes.
