Verizon messed up my account over a year ago and tried to add a huge charge to my bill. While I was in the store adding another line, Dequan caught this charge and immediately stopped everything. We were there for three hours, and he refused to process anything until the charge was completely removed. Honestly, he should be a lawyer. He went through multiple departments and customer service reps until someone finally fixed it. He made sure it was clearly documented that the charge was Verizon’s mistake, not mine, from a past interaction over a year ago. If Dequan hadn’t caught this, I would’ve been hit with an insane charge next month and had no idea why. He saved me so much stress and money. He is incredible, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his customers. His coworker was also amazing—she handled all the other customers while Dequan spent hours fixing my situation. Thank you so much, Dequan! You’re the man. Verizon should absolutely give you a raise for all the crap you have to deal with!

The store felt very welcoming and Jennifer explained all my options, her personal opinions and overall guided me on deciding what I wanted to do. During the process the Dequan and Ashley were also having a great conversation with me and made it a fun experience meanwhile Jennifer was setting up my phones. This is the place to go if you truly want help.
