- JRJose Rodriguez3 days ago1.0I left a 1 cuz there’s no option for 0!!! They scheduled me a home repair for my tv. They came and had to order a part. It came in and they scheduled a repair visit and never showed up. Then they rescheduled for today and I told them I would be in the Bay Area for my birthday so if I’m going to cut my trip short they NEED to be here. They weren’t! I been on hold for hours now trying to find out what’s going on. First they transfer me to billing who takes all my information before she tells me she’s only billing department. Then they transfer me to Geek Squad who never answers. I had my wife who was in the area walk in there to see how busy they are and not one single geek squad agent was helping a customer or on the phone. I left my birthday trip early for this BS. I called to speak to a manager and they hung on on me. I was not yelling or spoke angrily at all. My next call is to their corporate office then an attorney for the inconvenience of leaving my trip early! I DO NOT Recommend Best Buy in Merced at all! They refuse to honor their warranties so don’t buy one.Their 70” Insignia TVs are defective!

- XPXochitl PerezDec 5, 20251.0Hola e tenido una muy mala experiencia con best buy tengo desde el 18 de noviembre que he ido a asu esteblesimiento y nadie me puede ayudar con un celular que se descompuso tengo la garantia de dos años .primero me dijeron que mi cuenta estab mal y no reflejaba el cellular tu be que esperar 10 días para un mi cuenta se restableciera able fuimos a tra vez y medijeron que ablara directo ala aseguranza y able allí y me contestaro tarde una hora y media con ellos y me colgaron able otra vez otra dos horas y nada siempre me cuelgan ahora diganme quien me puede ayudar ,en realidad estoy muy frustrada por que por eso agarre la aseguranza para no tener preocupaciones .
