Then wanted to charge me $10 for a new sim, when it is clearly posted on the Verizon website that new sim cards are no cost. I decided to order a new sim via the Verizon website, so yea, I'll have to wait a couple days, but I don't have to deal with retail sales reps. Maybe, just maybe, I'll try the Verizon owned store that's a little bit further away. I bet they wouldn't charge.
