I am a new customer who I regret having switched from AT&T to Verizon because I placed and order that had to be picked it up at this store and I just got canceled because I didn’t pick it up when I never received a notification from the store to pick it up. I was waiting for 3 days the confirmation in order to pick up the order and I decided to call the store and they said that I had to cancel the order because it was a problem with this and I had to place a new one. They blamed all the time to customer care because they haven’t processed the order when I talked at least 7 times with them to confirm why the store didn’t want me to let me pick up my upgraded device when everything was in order. The manager of the store only gave me solution to cancel it a place a new one. I felt they only wanted to make place a new order in the store in order the accomplish with the sales goals. It’s inaceptable the way they treat new customers and the way the give solutions to The clients. I filed a formal complaint against the store with copy to The manager for this unprofessional customer service.

Great service! I've been with Verizon for over 14 years and it's only getting better. Verizon was tlmy first provider for cell service, after a few years I left because it got pricey, but I returned for work and have been happy since. I highly recommend the Menifee store, they are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Following up on my recent visit to the Menifee Haun . although I do want to give the Store kudos for fast response and staff. However, the manager Kendall by far has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Very rude and disrespectful and condescending. Went there with my mother 85 years old to address an issue I had with a new upgrade. not only does she ignore my 85-year-old mother by being disrespectful to her and myself. She asked me to leave the store for no apparent reason I did say she was being rude and she stated I was being rude back. I’ve been to the store several times for other issues. And I’ve always encountered the same disrespect from Kendall. This type of personality should not be managing a store.

Zero wait when I wanted to sign up. Now I’m here to just dump old phones off and have to wait. Do better @Verizon. Why on earth does this need to be a waste of time for a new customer?. Also, the woman who checked me in just standing around not helping anyone.
