However, the manager Kendall by far has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Very rude and disrespectful and condescending. Went there with my mother 85 years old to address an issue I had with a new upgrade. not only does she ignore my 85-year-old mother by being disrespectful to her and myself. She asked me to leave the store for no apparent reason I did say she was being rude and she stated I was being rude back. I’ve been to the store several times for other issues. And I’ve always encountered the same disrespect from Kendall. This type of personality should not be managing a store.

Verizon has treated me as good or better than any company that I’ve ever done business with. My business rep Jake for 8 years was on vacation, so Junior stepped up in his place and helped. He did a fantastic job. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, just an all around Great Guy. Ask for or book an Appointment with Jake if you need a business account, ask for Junior if you need a personal account. A+ Jake my business representative for 7 + years. He’s fabulous. He has never let me down. Never. Nor has Verizon. Personal account 1993-2017. Business account 2017-2025 and beyond forever until my death. PS. I recommend you always go to a Verizon corporate store.
