When it came time to buy, someone will be right with you. That person NEVER showed up. Even after asking several times for help. So finally this last time, leaving in disgust, the greeter actually hade the nerve to say and I quote ( Have a great evening!) My reply being why would you say that? You don't mean it. You don't care. Her reply ( No I dont!) Unbelievable. I ll my money some where else. Never again will I consider Best Buy. They suck.!

The sales reps told me they could not show me the glasses because they only do Demo’s on weekends. Why have displays? Walked out of there and bought them online from their competitors. It sucks but that’s why these stores are closing. Lack of service.

I placed my order and I paid for it. When I came to pick it up they said not only do they not have enough for the people who pre-ordered but that it was done differently on mine and so even when they did restock the mats I would not get one it was literally the first thing I asked before I bought the game. On top of that the person I talked to on the phone wasn't even from this location but from a call center out of state and they can't even write up the person who lied to me cuz they have no way of tracking who it was. When I called the number to try to find out who lied to me the person said they were looking it up and they hung up the phone. I do not blame the employees at the store cuz they were quite polite. Whoever was at the call center needs to be held responsible
