  Amazing customer service. Friendly environment 👍👏 I had a great experience with Pardeep today! I got a new phone, and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.   Disappointing customer service experience regarding a price mismatch. The price shown on the product tag did not match the price we were being charged. We asked whether we could purchase the item at the displayed tag price, but staff were not able to offer that option. We were aware of the Scanner Price Accuracy Code, but we did not bring it up or ask staff to apply it. Our concern was mainly with how the situation was handled. Instead of clearly explaining the price discrepancy and what options were available, the interaction made it feel like the responsibility for the mismatch was being pushed back onto the customer. Pricing mistakes can happen, but I would expect customer service to take ownership of the issue, explain the correct price clearly, and provide reasonable options rather than leaving the customer to figure it out.
