    Did a customer service test, how long i could walk around the store before someone talked to me to help. No door greeter. I had the cord I needed replaced in my hand. 4min 38 seconds I walked around looking for it before I decided to talk to one of 20 employees doing restocking/cashiers,etc. Customer service doesn't exist here anymore.

    Great Customer service. The Geek Squad was very helpful; everywhere else I went, they quoted me at least $500, and Apple Polo Park told me it was $700, as they thought it was a display issue. The technician pressed some buttons, and it started working. SO THANKFUL to BEST BUY!!

    They're only concerned about the sale and not helping to provide the right advice/product. They allowed an exchange, however that doesn't compensate for my time, travel and frustration. I specifically asked if the two products I purchased were compatible and was told yes when she clearly didn't know. Days of caring and customer service are gone.

    We visited the store today and a few days ago. We really had great experience, customer support from Pardeep and Raj Chauhan was amazing with very knowledgeable and good guidance about the products. They assisted us very well and we ended up buying products wherein we had just entered the store for the enquiry both the times. I am really happy about the service, experience, quality of the products and the customer care and hospitality. Big cheers to Pardeep and Raj Chauhan
