  GOT A PS5 pro(HIGH IN DEMAND) and they sent it back before I could pick it up. Without a warning!!! Horrible customer service! WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND RECEIPT “Unfortunately I am unable to print one right now” - UNTRAINED STAFF **Only reason to purchase anything from is price! But remember another store will price match!** I TALKED TO MANAGER AND HE BLAMED HIS POLICY, Which is their get out of jail card 3.9 stars is horrible! DO BETTER! YALL ARE NOT THE BEST!! SO maybe rename your store to “Buy and waste your time”

  Had a poor experience with Kawaljit at the checkout register. How hard is it to add the purchase to my account after asking for my phone number. 2nd time I had an issue with her, seems like this one was intentional. Worst vibe ever no wonder everyone does online shopping now. I guess Amazon finally has a new customer!!!

  After experiencing this kind of “excellent service,” I have no desire to ever do business with this Best Buy branch again. ---- I don’t want to say anything negative about this store, but please stay vigilant. Double‑check the product the salesperson gives you to avoid any unpleasant surprises later on. --- Review of the St. James Best Buy branch It seems Best Buy is largely unconcerned with how it treats its customers. The website (https://bestbuy.ca/contact-us) provides no direct contact email for resolving purchase‑related issues — especially those caused by store staff. The chat system is rigidly scripted and ignores any inquiry that falls outside its predefined responses. The overall impression is that the customer is always considered at fault simply for having used the company’s services. Good luck to all of us when shopping at this chain.
