- FFFD1 day ago1.0This store now seems to be run by some young and inexperienced staff who show very little interest in helping customers or making sales. The lack of engagement and customer service is honestly unbelievable. It feels like a management issue, as customer satisfaction no longer appears to be a priority. I've been shopping here since this location was a Future Shop, and it's disappointing to see how much the level of service has declined. I miss the old Best Buy, where customers felt valued and employees were willing to help.

She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything to me. I had some further questions so came back a few days later and Ashna together with Diya were there to provide sound advice that I needed to resolve my issue. I had some concerns with photos and videos and dropped in again and this time amazing Khadija was there to fix everything for me in a short time! So, needless to say, it takes a village ... and these four women take everything to the next level!! Great customer service Best Buy. I'll spread the word - and I'll be back!!
